Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and fp32.ai LLC ("fp32.ai", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance

By accessing our website, playing our games, or using related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Additional platform terms (e.g. Steam Subscriber Agreement) also apply when you purchase or play through a storefront.

2. The Service

fp32.ai provides games, a marketing website, and related materials. We may update, improve, patch, or discontinue features over time. Game content, features, and availability may change.

3. License to play

Subject to these Terms and any applicable storefront license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play our games for your personal entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works of our games except as permitted by law or by us in writing.

4. Accounts & platforms

• Purchases and platform accounts are handled by third-party storefronts (e.g. Steam). You must comply with their terms.
• You are responsible for activity under your accounts and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must be old enough under applicable law (and any game rating) to play.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) cheat, hack, or exploit bugs for unfair advantage in multiplayer or ranked modes; (b) harass other players; (c) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (d) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; or (e) redistribute game assets, tools, or builds without permission. We may suspend access for violations.

6. User content & community

If a game or service lets you share names, builds, messages, or other content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to host, display, and moderate it as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Purchases & refunds

Paid games and DLC are sold through storefronts. Pricing, taxes, and refunds are governed by the storefront's policies. Cosmetic DLC, if offered, does not affect competitive fairness of core gameplay.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in our games, branding, art, audio, code, and website content belong to fp32.ai LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, fp32.ai WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the game or product giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) US $100.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be noted on the site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
