fp32.ai is an independent game studio. We collect the minimum needed to run our website, support our games, and respond to you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising networks or model training of third parties.

- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; notify us of any suspected compromise at security@fp32.ai.
7. Retention
We keep contact and support records as long as needed to respond and maintain a business record, then delete or de-identify them. Server logs are retained for a limited operational window. Platform purchase records are retained by the storefronts under their policies.
8. International transfers
fp32.ai is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be processed in the US and other regions where our providers operate, with safeguards where required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact privacy@fp32.ai. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
Our website is general audience. Individual games may have age ratings on their store pages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region) without appropriate consent.
